This is a detached house that is situated in a relatively matured neighbourhood, started off with the intention not to create something that is overwhelmingly dominant, but more towards blending in harmoniously with the context of the neighbourhood houses with rather significant gable roof scape throughout.

With the consideration of privacy and sustainability, the design creates a walled / screened garden at the front to enable the living quarter to constantly open up for natural ventilation and engage with its garden without concerning on privacy.
