As a continuation of KLM Land’s industrial park series, this development comprises six units of semi-detached factories, strategically positioned between industrial and commercial zones along the major thoroughfare of Bukit Kemuning. Conceived to depart from the conventional semi-D factory typology, the project seeks to elevate KLM Land’s brand identity as a progressive and design-driven industrial park developer.

Drawing inspiration from the solidity and permanence of “rock,” the architecture adopts a bold contemporary expression. Clean, textured wall surfaces form a restrained yet powerful backdrop, offering exclusivity and visual focus to the business identities displayed upon them. The massing is proportionately articulated through layers of “shifted blocks,” subtly opening up views into the spaces within and revealing the rhythm of activities behind the façade.
